Arlington, VA, May 5, 2021 –Tandem Sports + Entertainment/You First Sports signed seven NBA prospects for full-service representation. The agency will handle contractual agreements, marketing and endorsements, personal appearances, public relations services, corporate partnerships and community relations initiatives for the incoming rookies.
The 2021 Tandem/You First draft class includes some of college basketball’s most accomplished, experienced, and NBA-ready prospects. Each award-winning athlete has made a lasting impact on their collegiate program.

The prospects have been recognized for their stellar college careers, which include all-conference honors and awards. The Tandem/You First draft class includes:
Troy Baxter, Jr.
Baxter is from Gainesville, FL, and finished his second season at Morgan State University after stops at the University of Nevada Las Vegas and Florida Gulf Coast University. He is a 6-9 highly athletic and highly motivated talent who can stretch the floor with his 3-point shooting. Baxter was named to the All-MEAC First Team and MEAC All-Defensive team this past season after averaging 15.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 1.6 blocks. Baxter is represented by Tanner and Tandem/You First agent Elias Sbiet.
Crutcher is from Memphis, TN, and played the past four years as a point guard at the University of Dayton. In 2019-20 he helped lead Dayton to the No. 3 ranking in the country before the season was canceled due to COVID. Crutcher returned to Dayton for the 2020-21 season and earned Atlantic 10 All-Conference First Team honors for the second year in a row while averaging 17.6 points, 4.8 assists and 3.5 rebounds. Crutcher is represented by Tandem/You First agents Max Wiepking and Deirunas Visockas.
Durham is from Tampa, FL, and finished his college career at the University of Notre Dame after spending his freshman season at The University of Connecticut. At 6’11, Durham is a mobile and athletic center. He finished the 2020-21 season ranked first in FG% and 6th in blocked shots in ACC conference play. He averaged 10.7 points on 60.2% shooting, 5.5 rebounds and 1.9 blocks in 24.0 minutes for Notre Dame. Durham is represented by Visockas.
Eaddy is from New Haven, CT, and finished his college career at the University of Southern California as a graduate transfer. He was the second-leading scorer on an outstanding USC team that lost to Gonzaga in the Elite 8 this season. He is a 6’2 point guard who can score and shoot the ball. The All-Pac 12 guard averaged 13.6 points and shot 38.8% from deep this year. He is represented by Visockas.
Miller is from Covington, GA, and completed his final season at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, where he spent all four of his collegiate years. He was the SoCon Defensive Player of the Year the past three seasons and SoCon Player of the Year the past two seasons. He led the Spartans in scoring, assist, and steals this season, averaging 19.2 points, 4.0 assists and 2.6 steals per game. Miller is an elite defender and athlete with a 51-inch vertical. Miller is represented by Tandem/You First agent Matt Laczkowski.
Rachal is from Natchitoches, LA, and just finished his second season at the University of Tulsa after transferring from Lousiana State University following his freshman year. Rachal plays with toughness and at 6’6 and can defend multiple positions. He was named to the All-AAC Second Team this season after averaging 15.0 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 1.6 steals. Rachal is represented by Wiepking.
Simms is from Saint George, VA, and completed his senior season with Clemson University. He is one of the more versatile and complete players in the draft at 6’8, 245 lbs. Simms uses his versatility to take advantage of mismatches in the post and stretch the floor with his outside shooting. He led the Tigers in scoring, rebounds, assists, and block this season, averaging 13.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 0.7 blocks per game. Simms is represented by Tanner and Sbiet.
